Halloween Frog birthday cake

This cake was done for my sons best friend.  He had a frog/Halloween party so I made this cake for him.  The top green layer is supposed to be a frog.  I think it turned out great.  The bottom layer is Chocolate, then the next layer is vanilla with green and orange coloring to make it look neat.  The the rest is chocolate with buttercream frosting.  Everyone seemed to love it!

Smurf Cake

This is a smurf cake I did for a friend.  It is vanilla cake with buttercream frosting covered in fondant.  I was worried about makeing the smurfs but they were pretty easy and fun.

Star wars cupcakes

These cupcakes were for my sons t-ball team to help celebrate his birthday with him.  The teams name is the Jedi Knights which is great since he is such a star wars fan.  I made the star wars toppers out of chocolate then the cake was vanilla with buttercream frosting.

Motorcycle birthday

This was my sons birthday cakes, he wanted a motorcycle birthday since he got one for Christmas.  The top cake is vanilla with buttercream frosting and the tire cake below was chocolate with chocolate frosting.  I also made homemade ice cream, vanilla and cookies and cream.  Everything seemed to be a big hit. 

Daughters 8th birthday cake Rock party

I am a little sad I did not get a better picture of the cake. This is for my daughters 8th birthday. She has a karaoke, singing and dancing party. So here is her cake with dancers on it and musical notes. The top layer was chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and the bottom was strawberry and buttercream. It was good!

Coconut cake

Here is our Easter Coconut cake trying to make it like

my husbands grandmother. It is a coconut cake with 7 minute frosting and lots of coconut and jelly beans to decorate with. The kids liked decorating it!

Elmo Cake

I made this Elmo Cake for a friend. It is half vanilla and half chocolate cake. I think it turned out really cute.

Easter cupcakes for Spring Fling contest

The kids and I entered the HOA spring fling cupcake contest. Mine are above and I got first place in the adult division. They are vanilla and chocolate flavored with buttercream frosting, royal icing bunnies and jelly beans

These are my sons chicks he got 2nd place in the kids category. His were a cream brulee flavored cake with buttercream and coconut on top he is 4

These are my daughters bunnies she got 3rd place in the kids category and hers were strawberry cake and buttercream frosting. She is 7

Stalion Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made for the school fun run and carnival cupcake walk. I decided to make chocolate stallions to go on top since that is the schools mascot. Turned out pretty cute. There 8 of each flavor (strawberry, chocolate, vanilla) with buttercream frosting.
